Thanks for the great info. I did a 3 day military diet last week and lost around 6 pounds. Since it’s only for a short duration of time, I didn’t get bored and it was very easy to do, too. There were meal plans for the 3 days which consist of mostly low carb food selection. I loved that I can substitute some food I don’t eat for those included in their list of allowed food replacements. With my sister’s wedding coming up in around 2 weeks, this is indeed an “emergency diet” on my part. I need to lose another 4 pounds so I’m doing the diet again and hope that I shed more weight. If you want to review the diet, I would love to read about it. Here’s an excellent resource page that have helped me a lot http://3daysmilitarydiet.com/results-reviews/does-the-military-diet-work.html
